Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the rich9.ph website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services operated at rich9ph.org.
• "rich9.ph", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the rich9.ph platform, licensed under PAGCOR.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the rich9.ph platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the rich9.ph platform.
• "Wallet" means the in-platform balance associated with a player's account, denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a player's account under a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body that regulates gambling in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer – the identity verification process required under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction placed on a player's account that prevents access to the platform for a defined or indefinite period.

By accessing the rich9.ph platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the rich9.ph platform and close your account if one has been created.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and rich9.ph. They apply to all use of the platform, including browsing, registration, deposits, gameplay, withdrawals, and participation in promotions.

To register and use the rich9.ph platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gambling regulations.
2. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as players.
3. You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of rich9.ph, or an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether through rich9.ph's own self-exclusion system or through PAGCOR's self-exclusion registry.
6. You must not have had a previous rich9.ph account suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Each player may register only one account on the rich9.ph platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested during the registration process. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

rich9.ph reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all registration information at any time. As part of our KYC obligations under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, we may request supporting documentation including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, UMID, PhilSys ID, SSS ID, or equivalent)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of GCash or bank account in your name)

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by rich9.ph may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time PINs (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

rich9.ph will never ask you for your password or OTP via live chat, SMS, email, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from rich9.ph that requests your password or OTP should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, whether or not you authorized it, except where such activity results directly from a security breach on rich9.ph's systems. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must:

1. Change your password immediately via the Account Settings page.
2. Contact rich9.ph live chat support to report the suspected breach.
3. Review your active sessions and log out of any unrecognized devices.

rich9.ph implements SSL/TLS encryption, OTP verification on new device logins, optional two-factor authentication, and active session monitoring to protect player accounts. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security and are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

All deposits and withdrawals on rich9.ph are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum withdrawal amounts are published on the Cashier page and are subject to change.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Visa/Mastercard debit cards linked to a Philippine bank account

Cryptocurrency deposits and credit card gambling deposits are not accepted on rich9.ph, in compliance with Philippine payment regulations.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the rich9.ph account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. rich9.ph reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above threshold amounts set by our compliance team.

rich9.ph does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside rich9.ph's control.

rich9.ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.

General bonus rules applicable to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the promotion.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion. Bonus funds that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited.
• rich9.ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, will be forfeited and the relevant accounts suspended.

All games available on the rich9.ph platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers.

RNG-based games (slots, virtual table games, coin games, bingo) use independently certified random number generators to determine outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published in the game information panel. Live dealer games use physical cards, dice, and wheels operated by trained dealers visible via live video stream.

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, the following rules apply:

• If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be refunded to the player's wallet.
• If a technical fault results in an incorrect game outcome being displayed, the correct outcome as recorded in rich9.ph's server logs will be used to settle the round.
• rich9.ph's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round is final, subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rich9.ph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register a duplicate account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to rich9.ph support immediately.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including in live dealer games.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions processed by rich9.ph.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing rich9.ph staff or other players via any communication channel.

rich9.ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a comprehensive suite of player protection tools accessible from your account dashboard at any time, without requiring approval from rich9.ph staff:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per session or per period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the maximum duration of a single gaming session.
• Reality Check Reminders: Receive periodic on-screen notifications showing your session duration and net gaming result.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for a defined period (1 month to 5 years) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the rich9.ph platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trademarks, is the property of rich9.ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written consent from rich9.ph.

Your use of the platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, rich9.ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

rich9.ph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits rich9.ph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

rich9.ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

rich9.ph complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Player data is processed lawfully, stored securely, and not shared with third parties except as required by law or as described in the Privacy Policy.

rich9.ph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the rich9.ph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, and to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures where applicable.

Players who believe their dispute has not been resolved satisfactorily by rich9.ph may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
